Tuesday Tunes

Tuesday Tunes is hosted by Dale at Smurfin' the Web

Tuesday's Tune question is What are the best intros to songs?

This is my first time to join and I really can't choose between the two so I'll post them up. :D My picks are:

Monday Running Conversations

Monday Running Conversations is a weekly picture meme focusing on animals having to carry a conversation. ☺

• Just take one minute from your blogging time
•  Post a favorite random picture you found from the Internet (please credit the person who took the shot) or it can be a pic you took! ☺
• Write a little conversation happening from the picture
• Make the conversations GP-rating and
• Most of all just have fun!

A Helping Hand by Halex

Sway: You  have to let me go.

Buster: C'mon don't go "Prince of Persia" on me, Sway.  I would let you fall, girl. See, I have you at the tip of my finger.

Sway (serious): Literally.

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

Here's mine:

Vote for your fave TV guy...

The TV faceoff

TVLine posted a poll for which crushable guy if:

"You’re cornered by the bad guys and your cellphone battery is almost dead, but you’ve got 64 incredibly hot cop/agent types on speed-dial who can come to your rescue: Which one do you choose? Which one do you choose? That’s the basic premise of our Ultimate Law-Enforcement Crushes Bracket Tournament, and Round 2, Day 5 has some real doozys for you to consider."

If you want to show your online support click the link under picture. Who did I vote? Toughie... why did the have to pit Peter (Fringe) vs Auggie (Covert Affairs)? :D I voted for Auggie. :D

Monday Musings (1)

Hosted by MizB at shouldbereading

This week's musing...

Other than for school, do you read books to learn how to do something? What was/were the topic(s)?

I  acquainted myself in the world of screenwrting before and managed to get a hang of it. I drafted several pages (and many more) before entering a writing contest hosted by Scriptapalooza.  I may not have reached the semis but the whole process was a good tingle that I haven't felt for quite a long time. I also began buying supplement books and "Writing Treatments that Sell" was one of them. I haven't pitched anything yet since I'm approaching it in baby steps. lolz. Then I had a major career change in my life that the drive to dapple on this project was shelved (not only figuratively). I hope to get back on this once all these other worries get sorted out.

Ben 10 Voiceover Contest :D

What's up with that Alien?

How come nothing like this exciting happened when I was growing up? Haha  I sent the link to my cousin I hope he tries out. I'm sure it will be fun going through the audition process.

What do you know?

Hmmm, I only to go Manila when I really need to these days. Would be interesting to check it out though especially the arts and crafts fair side of it if I caught this advert much earlier. '☺ I wish Booksale would sometime hold a book swap event. '☺
