It was particularly a cloudy night and the moon was playing the favorite game of all time, hide-and-seek with the passing clouds. I wish the stars were out but it wasn't the case. I zoomed to the max of my camera's capabilities and unfortunately, the camera also 'felt' the jittery motions when I depressed the button. I was already holding my breath then to take a pic. ☺ Still, I like the effect it gave me. It appeared to be the afterburners of a space craft flying towards outer space. ☺

I have the same problems trying to get good photos of the moon, but I love how your lunar "sci fi" picture turned out! :-)
ReplyDelete*LOL* what a great imagination! i agree, it does look like a spacecraft zooming out.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely UFO-like - a fun SWF entry!
ReplyDelete@Laloofah Thanks. I had my elbows on the ledge for stability at the time I took this one. I had another pic where it came out a crazy swirl. Lolz.
ReplyDelete@Luna Miranda I had goosebumps after taking it since for minute I thought I wasn't taking a pic of the moon. Hehe. Glad you like it.
@Al Thanks. It was totally unplanned shot and I like it too. ☺
