Caption This!

There are times when visiting blogs will surprise me. I'm such at cat lover and I couldn't help myself placing this picture by ebitary.

Kitty 1: Look bro, I told you I can fly. *kitty noise*
Kitty 2: I'm going to catch you. I'm going to catch you. *mental mantra* Yes, I can.Yes, I can.* Or we'll just fall off from this together.

Thus the successful Budapest Mission ends....

A continuation from my posts on Covert Affairs Tweetcast here and here.  I hope they'll have more fun tweetcast adventures in the future. This was the letter Hala left for Lina, expressing her gratitude. It seemed the letter  can't read so I'll 're-type' it here

Lina,

The experience I shared with you is one that I shall not soon forget. Your compassion on the face of danger was unexpected, and  I have no doubt that without you and your partner I would have died. For this you have my eternal gratitude.

I may no longer be a member of Fahim's guard but that doesn't mean that I can't still help you. My friend, Nada, is the woman who contacted Mark to aid in our rescue. She might be receptive in continuing  where I left off. Contact me if this is something that would interest you.

Thank you.

Hala

San Diego Comic Con....

Credit to Mr. Zach Levi from his Tweets
Nerdolution in full force!

If you've been following some of Mr. Zach Levi's tweets for the past several weeks, Comic-con was practically in the air that I wish I could teleport myself and check out their booth and Weta's booth too.

September rolls out another event....

Yep, they'll be taking Manila nine days before Westlife will be arriving here in the country. Would be cool if the AI gang mixes up with the blokes from the Emerald Isle but then the concert tix would be soaring beyond stratosphere regions. For some more info of the American Idol Tour in Manila, check it out here.

Westlife in Manila September 2011

dayly entertainment

Westlife will be in the country in two months from now and I'm still undecided. Am I going to sit this concert out? *gasp*

"Get me Agent J and stop that one!"

It was particularly a cloudy night and the moon was playing the favorite game of all time, hide-and-seek with the  passing clouds. I wish the stars were out but it wasn't the case. I zoomed to the max of my camera's capabilities and unfortunately, the camera also 'felt' the jittery motions when I depressed the button. I was already holding my breath then to take a pic. ☺ Still, I like the effect it gave me. It appeared to be the afterburners of a space craft flying towards outer space. ☺

Looking for some transcription work that's not too loaded and just enough to fill the spare hours of your day to give some change in your daily routine?  Why not check out the site?  After accomplishing the application form, you'll receive and e-mail with the link to where the audio test is available. The instructions will be included in the e-mail and once you've passed with flying colors, you can just wait for Scribie to e-mail of the available files for transcriptions. Payment method is through Paypal and the rate is $1 for every 6 minute of transcribed file however, once you have successive Good rating (which you can see in your Scribie profile) you can start as a reviewer too which can increase your amount. The site explains the process thoroughly but if you still have questions, just leave a comment and I'll answer them.

Lastly, this work doesn't mean to replace your existing job, this is something to do in-between or like I mentioned above, something to change up your daily routine. Good luck1

Budapest Mission winds down in Covert Affairs Tweetcasting...

I missed a whole day and a half of what's happening with the mission Budapest story. Ahhh. No, I don't want to be left behind. :)

Mark G (one of their field operatives) has tracked down where Lina (another CIA field operative) and Hala have been captured.

The Hobbit-ty News

The Hobbit Stills
Catching up with some Middle-Earth goodies well, it's really a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the production. Shivers ran up when I heard that familiar soundtrack in the background. It was quite fascinated to listen to Sir PJ envisioning scenes when he and the crew visited possible locations.

Yahoo Movies have a couple of the The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Stills up on their site and updates from the The Hobbit blog.

Man, I may have to borrow my friend's copy of the book so I can recall what else has happened in the book. I remember Lake Town and it's people. Don't if the dwarves met some unsavory characters as they try to escape King Thranduil's palace. I'm curious to see Lee Pace's portrayal of the Elvenking.
